Before the Expo
At the Expo
Parking is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton in their attached, covered garage (Center of New Hampshire Garage – 65 Granite St in Manchester, NH).
Discounted parking rates are available for the expo ($40 weekend rate for a single vehicle and $60 weekend rate for a vehicle with trailer)
Truck and trailer parking is also available (for an additional fee) in the back lot of the DoubleTree by Hilton.
The back lot of the DoubleTree by Hilton is rented out by the Live Free or Die Tattoo Expo. If you do not pay to park in the back lot, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
RV campers and vehicle camping are not allowed in the back lot or on site.
Parking is also available at various locations throughout downtown Manchester.
Check-in and load-in is on Friday from 10am to 4pm.
YOU CAN NOT CHECK-IN OR LOAD-IN EARLIER.
Load-in your booth at the back loading dock of the DoubleTree by Hilton (on Pleasant St).
Turn onto Pleasant St from Elm St and take a left into the back parking lot.
You will be given an info packet with a guidebook, bracelets and any other extra info not included here.
If you ordered extra tables or chairs, they will have either already be delivered to your booth or will be brought over.
NO. Extra chairs and tables are available for rent in advance at an additional cost.
You will NOT be gifted extra tables/chairs, do not ask.
Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowe’s are a short drive away if you need extra tables or chairs.
Tattooing / piercing can not begin until staff does a floor covering check, NO EXCEPTIONS.
After the flooring check is complete, tattooing / piercing can begin on:
Fri at 5pm
Sat at 11am
Sun at 12pm
NO TATTOOING / PIERCING IS ALLOWED BEFORE FRIDAY AT 5PM.
Your booth must have non-adhesive floor covering.
Non-adhesive floor covering can be purchased in advance or during check-in (~$20 per 10×10 booth)
You will be charged a $200 cleanup fee if you use adhesive floor covering.
Bracelets must be worn at all times. Live Free or Die Tattoo Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bracelets.
NO. Tattooing starts at 5pm on Friday and clients must enter during general admission expo hours.
Hotel staff is advised to pick up booth trash every 2 hours.
If you need immediate trash removal, please ask a member of the hotel or LFOD EXPO Staff.
NO. Booth music must be at a moderate volume level… what you like, doesn’t mean your neighbor does.
We’ve had multiple complaints in the past regarding booth music volume.
If we receive complaints about the volume of your booth music, you will be instructed to stop playing music.
Alcohol is NOT allowed at your booth, NO EXCEPTIONS.
At the close of the expo, you are responsible for discarding floor covering and any trash/debris left from the weekend.
Failure to do so will result in clean up fee.
If you need extra trash bags, please ask hotel or LFOD Tattoo Expo Staff.

Do NOT leave your booth looking like these… you WILL be charged cleaning fees.
The Expo ends at 8pm on Sunday and we encourage booths to load-out after the Expo concludes.
The back loading dock will be open for load-out.
Booths that load-out before the end of the expo will not be allowed back the following year.
